Shipping :-

What is the cost of shipping?

A nominal charge of ?99 to be applicable on orders below ?500 & ?29 to be applicable on orders above ?500 for packaging & shipping.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of order placed, it takes about 5-7 days for domestic orders and 7-10 days for international orders to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us on info@dexteshop.com or call us on our DEXTE customer care number 9311268555 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7 PM) and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order BY GIVEN a TRACKING ID

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. You can also write to us info@dexteshop.com or call us on 9311268555 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM).

 

Returns and Exchange :-

Which products are eligible for return and exchange?
Our entire range of apparel, Sports, and Athleisure wear is eligible for seven days of return/exchange. But due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any exchange or return on panties.

What is the Return/Replace Policy? How does it work?
You can return or replace the items purchased on DEXTE for any reason within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If you would like to return or replace the item please don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Once the item is picked up we will initiate the refund or replacement.


Please NOTE - All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items can be exchanged for the same or different sizes of the same style or for any other item of the same or different value.

What if I receive a defective/damaged/wrong/missing item?
We at DEXTE work diligently towards delivering our customers the right products. Therefore we focus on product inspection and handle them carefully when packed and shipped.


However, if, under any unforeseen circumstances, you receive any damaged/faulty products, then we request our customers to reach out to us within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

We also request you to share with us the following:

a) Picture of the outer box (front and back) with the carrier label,

b) Pictures of all products received.

We will make sure to prioritise your resolution and solve your grievance as soon as we are notified.

Cancellations

What is DEXTE Cancellation Policy?
Once you raise a cancellation request, the cancellation of item(s) in your order happens immediately if the order has yet to be dispatched by us. No cancellation requests will be entertained if your order has already been dispatched.
However, you can refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery if it has already been dispatched.

How do I cancel my order?

When will I receive my refund?
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no refund associated with that. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming any wallet (PhonePe, Paytm) balance then, then refund will be instant post order cancellation.
